Meet The Founders
Peter Mare, Co-Founder
With a managerial background spanning global brands like Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Subway, and Cinnabon, Peter Mare brings extensive experience in operational excellence and project management to the property investment sector. His corporate journey laid the groundwork for remarkable acumen in business management, highlighted by roles such as Operations Manager for 144 Subway stores, where he adeptly oversaw regional and area managers. As a Project Manager, Peter successfully opened over 100 fast-food stores, showcasing his exceptional capability in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
In 2017, Peter transitioned to property investment, initially focusing on single lets and flip projects before expanding into successful ventures in HMOs for personal and external investors. His achievements further flourished with large-scale commercial to residential refurbishments. Armed with a multifaceted skill set, including analytical thinking, design, advanced project management, and expertise in systems and procedures, Peter, a District Manager with a Diploma in Business and Accounting from ACCA, remains dedicated to expanding property portfolios. His international perspective, shaped by experiences in the US, South Africa, and the UK since 2007, underscores his unique approach to property investment, driving sustained success for himself and his clients in this dynamic industry.
